Don’t believe what you see on TV. Home renovation is only fun when you’re on the couch holding the remote.
That said, Suzy and I are devotees of Peter Fallico, on HGTV’s Home to Go. We like the handy household tips, but mostly the way Peter seems to glide rather than walk.

This week I’m doing research on aid programmes in Tanzania. The annual per capita income in Tanzania is $600USD. I was torn away from my research this morning by Steven, our contractor, who wanted me to know it would cost me an extra $300 to install a high-speed internet jack in the new island of our kitchen. Hmmm.
